Are you an authorised Mitsubishi Electric and Oriental Motor partner?
Yes. AB Automation Private Limited is an Authorised Channel Partner of Mitsubishi Electric and an Authorised Distributor of Oriental Motor in India, so you receive genuine products, warranty backing and factory-trained technical support.
Do you supply and support customers across India?
Yes. We are based in Surat, Gujarat and supply products pan-India. Site support, commissioning and AMC are available across our service regions — contact us with your location and requirement.
Can you repair drives and servo systems of other brands?
Yes. We repair AC drives, DC drives, VFDs, servo drives and motors, PLCs and soft starters from all major brands including ABB, Siemens, Panasonic, Yaskawa, Danfoss, Delta, Rexroth, Lenze, Mitsubishi and Fuji.
Can you upgrade an old machine instead of replacing it?
Yes. Retrofitting is one of our specialities. We study the legacy system, decode old wiring and modernise it with new PLCs, drives, HMIs and control panels, then commission the machine and support production start-up.
Do you help select the right motor, servo or robot?
Yes. We provide selection calculations, technical seminars, testing support with actual equipment, programming assistance and on-site start-up. Send us your application details and we will recommend the right product.
How can boiler automation reduce my fuel cost?
Our boiler energy-saving system using Mitsubishi GOC35 optimises combustion on steam boilers and thermopacks. Typical savings are up to 20% coal and around 5% electricity, depending on the plant.
